This event is held as 270th anniversary of Solo City and the fourth
Festival Jenang Solo. The first event was held on 2012 under Joko Widodo
governance. Jokowi, in that time said, that this festival was held to maintain
traditional culinary in Solo, especially jenang. In Solo, Jenang is very close and
popular to the people. But recently, jenang is being rare because the coming of
modern food. By this Festival Jenang Solo, Jokowi hoped that traditional

Jenang is a traditional
